Be agile
That software-as-a-service can be transferred to various other areas of business and life has been known for a long time. The concept is key to lasting business relationships, agile service cycles and results-oriented solutions. Various shared services and outsourcing options are available to companies and allow them to make “make or buy” decisions time and time again. The idea that it is not input – but outcome – that counts is also gaining ground in communications. This opens the door to automated standards and innovative technologies: “low code – no code” applications simplify everyday communication and eliminate the need for complex IT rollouts. The result is a new kind of freedom and responsibility, not least at leadership level. The fact that this ultimately also redefines teams and affiliations not according to disciplines or work contracts, but topics, means that goals and performance must also be reimagined.
